In case you’re not too sure, let’s sit down and discuss what features you couldn’t live without, what makes you cringe, and is that man cave worth it, if you get a huge walk in closet.

This is one of the biggest investments you are likely to make in your life so let me take the stress out of it. I will deal with all aspects of your transaction including, organizing viewings, dealing with all agents, negotiating for the best deal, and writing enforceable contracts. SEARCHING PROPERTIES

Save time and energy by only viewing the properties that you see potential in. I will set you up with an automated emailing system that will only send you properties that you wish to see. If you are interested in a property, let’s go and have a look. I will arrange all the details, so that you can enjoy the viewings.

MAKING AN OFFER

Once you have found that property, its time to make an offer. Here we will discuss prices, dates at which you want to take possession of the property, and how much of a deposit you want to put down. We would also ensure that we were taking our precautions by adding subjects such as home inspections, insurance, and finance, amongst others. If we receive counter offers then I will be there to discuss your options, until we reach an agreement.
